My goal is to help companies and organisations achieve higher quality, better profitability, and improved customer satisfaction through structured requirements engineering and systematic testing of their products. I can also assist with analyses of existing workflows to identify and map areas for improvement within the organisation.

As a trainer, I strive to use discussions and practical exercises to build understanding of the profession and inspire new ways of thinking.

Worked at Scania’s production facility in Oskarshamn, a modern manufacturing site producing truck cabs for the European market. Acted as a link between business and IT, combining business analysis, coordination, and team facilitation responsibilities within the local IT department.

Worked in a large transformation initiative at DB Schenker, supporting the implementation of a new customs handling system for operations in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Initially joined the assignment as a Test Analyst and was later entrusted with broader responsibilities as Test Manager.

Worked in an agile development team at Telia, contributing to the development of digital customer contact channels on telia.se, including email forms, chat solutions, and customer surveys. The role combined hands-on testing with business analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
